Darcy Ray is a car wash and industrial wash system expert with 29 years of experience in design, installation, project management, and site development. With a background as a 3rd-year Millwright and Machinist, he has been instrumental in engineering and executing car wash systems of all sizes, from single-bay operations to large-scale 26-bay self-serve facilities. Over the past two decades, Darcy has specialized in project management, overseeing 50+ major car wash builds across Canada. His expertise extends beyond traditional car washes—he has designed industrial wash systems for the mining sector and played a key role in the development of Canada’s only touchless IBA system, branded as Hotshot. Darcy was also heavily involved in the design and installation of the first Rock-N-Wash® site, giving him a deep understanding of its business model, operational efficiencies, and technical requirements. His extensive hands-on experience ensures projects are executed with precision, efficiency, and long-term reliability.

David Allen has nearly thirty years of experience in the securities industry, where he has developed a profound understanding of the financial regulatory environment. David has provided litigation support in hundreds of legal proceedings, founded numerous financial services firms, and conducted compliance consulting. With a deep understanding of SEC and FINRA regulations and the difficulties of acquiring capital, David is committed to assisting and guiding financial firms and securities issuers. His vast knowledge and expertise in this area make him a valuable resource for those seeking support in navigating these complex processes.

Myles places an emphasis on dispute resolution services in his legal practice. He studied commerce at the University of Alberta before obtaining his law degree at the University of Saskatchewan, and now helps his corporate clients with governance, contract review and drafting, and litigation. Myles is detail oriented and emphasizes the importance of open communication with his clients, so they always know the status of their file and are able to make educated decisions regarding their legal issues. When Myles is not practicing law, he enjoys cheering on the Edmonton Oilers, spending time with his pets, and exploring Alberta’s national and provincial parks.

Dominique holds a BAA in Economics and brings over 18 years of entrepreneurial experience in the mobile washing industry, complemented by more than 10 years of experience in innovative technology. His expertise spans strong operational management, including handling employees, customers, suppliers, fleets, and car wash equipment. As the owner and operator of one of the largest detailing companies in Canada, Dominique is highly respected in the Québec City market. His proven track record includes working with several fleet accounts for the City, showcasing his deep understanding of customer satisfaction and its critical role in maintaining long-term partnerships.

Sunny holds a B.Sc. Software Engineering Business and is a partner at Draganov Group Real Estate Services in BC with 12+ years in the vertical. He operated the “Passive Income Forum” in the Greater Vancouver Area. Additionally, Sunny is the President of Draganov Consulting Inc. (DCI Agencies–Electrical Manufacturer Sales Rep Agency) with 24+ years of electrical industry experience and an award-winning team leadership, sales and growth / expansion track record. Sunny has published multiple research papers and magazine publications in the electrical industry over the past 22 years. Self improvement, family & friends, growth and community support is paramount to Sunny.

Guillaume spent the first few years of his career within the franchise College Pro Painters and then launched a University school project (nvi) which was sold 8 years later to Dentsu Aegis Network (rebranded iProspect Canada). Within the 5 years there he almost tripled the baseline revenue and increased its bottom line six-fold. In 2018 Guillaume joined Contxtful, a Montreal-based start-up. The metric, receptivity, is based on the observation of the human patterns associated with attention and context on the entire programmatic ad inventory. This helps media companies to obtain the best advertising results while respecting user privacy. Contxtful has one goal, to make ad tech cleaner. Guillaume loves daunting projects and strongly believes in a world with better, ethical and non-intrusive interactions between brands and consumers.

Throughout his career, Robin has played a key role in large-scale public and private sector developments, including schools, transit facilities, water treatment plants, high-rise residential, and commercial complexes. His ability to integrate design teams, resolve disputes, and implement safety and quality control measures has earned him a reputation for delivering high-performance projects in fast-paced environments. Robin’s leadership extends beyond execution—he is known for his collaborative approach and ability to align stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication between contractors, owners, and project teams. With hands-on experience across contracting, owner representation, and consulting, he brings a well-rounded strategic and operational perspective to every project he undertakes.

Roger Richard is a seasoned commercial developer and construction expert with over 36 years of experience leading large-scale projects across Western Canada. With a track record of delivering developments on time and within budget, he has overseen residential, commercial, and industrial projects valued at over $180 million. Throughout his career, Roger has managed all aspects of land development and construction, including budgeting, scheduling, permitting, and project management. He has successfully executed high-profile projects such as multi-phase residential communities, commercial complexes, and high-density properties, demonstrating his ability to drive projects from concept to completion with precision. Roger’s expertise spans construction deployment, strategic planning, and operational efficiency, ensuring that every project is executed with the highest standards of quality and cost control.
